Victor “Vic” Tougas, peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB., at the age of 85.
He is survived by: his four daughters: Rachelle Tougas, Paulette Cooksey (Jeremy), Denise Tougas and Yvette (Kevin); five grandchildren: Janelle (Nyco), Serge (Jenny), Justin, Danielle and Taylor; and great-grandchildren; brother Isaie.
He was predeceased by his parents Philias and Maria, his brothers and sisters Georges, Antoinette, Juliette, Angele, Jules, Noel, Bernadette, Celine, Louise, and Roger: son Denis and daughter Celine, and most recently his step-son Gerry Vermette.
The memorial service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vic may be made to St. Amant Foundation, 440 River Road, Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9.
