It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of our dear Mom and Memère, at the age of 99.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 and a half years, Jean in 2013, son-in-law Adriene and grandson-in-law Colin.
She is survived by her five sons, Denis (Marie), Albert (Linda), Roland, Gerard (Sandy), Andre, as well as six daughters, Jeanne (Ron), Yvonne, Yvette, Simone (Rob), Odette (Richard), Irene (Gerry). Also blessed with 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sister Helene, and brother Eugene (Jeanne).
For many years Mom enjoyed weekly outings with Dad and Yvette at Safeway, Red Top, Walmart, and Sals. She always enjoyed weekly family visits on Sunday afternoon, or on Wednesdays when she made supper for the singles. She also enjoyed celebrating Christmas and birthdays. Mom loved sharing special treats with the family, and especially with the grandkids. She was a very special Mom and Memère. Her family was her pride and joy. She really appreciated the visits and the sweet treats. Mom lived a long life full of love.
The family wishes to thank all of the staff at Actionmarguerite Saint-Boniface 2DE for their care of Mom.
A private family gathering and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Actionmarguerite Foundation.
