  • My sincere condolences to Wes' family and friends. I'm very sorry for your loss. I've been filling in for Wes on his curling team for the start of the season on Thursday nights, and this was to be Oct. and Nov. and then he would return. I'm shocked to learn of his passing. May you find comfort in knowing he's in a better place. Rest in peace Wes. - Posted by: Bradley Pisiak (know Wes through curling at St. Vital CC) on: Nov 02, 2024

  • So sorry to hear of Wes' passing. My sincere condolences to the Wold family. We were first cousins. I always enjoyed talking to him whenever we happened to meet. I have many fond memories of our younger days when visiting and getting into mischief at the Wold farm. One particular visit Wes had to show us his discovery of how far you could throw a steel coat hanger. He “stole” several hangers from their home closet and took us out to the field beyond the tree line. He then proceeded to throw them like a boomerang way out into the field. I am sure Kurt was puzzled after finding many of them caught on his tillage equipment, lol. He was a cool cousin who had a small shooter (Allstate) that was fun riding on. Wes will be greatly missed but I am thankful to have known a great guy! Pit.❤️ - Posted by: Milton Shirtliff (Cousin ) on: Nov 02, 2024

  • Anita and Curtis, our most sincere condolences on your loss of Wes. We shared many years as neighbors as our homes on Shillingstone were being built at the same time. We watched his children grow up, watched him move away and yourselves move into that home. Wonderful legacy. - Posted by: Lynne and Ron Fotti (Neighbors ) on: Nov 02, 2024
