ELSIE ANDERSON
After a lengthy battle with life, Elsie succumbed to the ravages of old age – a sorely loathsome ordeal.
First born to Anna and Peter Dudych, Elsie along with her sister Iris and brother Eddie grew up in Point Douglas during the Great Depression. Despite many a hardship, she cherished wonderful memories of a childhood filled with simple joys and life-long friendships.
Those formative years would forge a woman whose strong will and independence would be the foundation of her ungovernable nature. Always straightforward and direct, she lived her life with great spirit and courage and for this she will be fondly remembered by all those who loved her.
The family would like to thank the staff at Middle Church Home for their dedicated care, compassion and endless patience.
As per Elsie's wishes there will be no service and cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, please have a toast to Elsie, she would love that!
