DONALD RAY PELECK
It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved brother, uncle, and friend. Affectionately known as “Uncle Donny”, surrounded by family and friends, Don passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospital at the age of 62.
Don is survived by his siblings, Bob/Sue, Jim/Meredith, Kathy/Hugh; his nieces, Kristen, Jessica and Kaitlyn and nephew Justin.
A special thank you to Anne Peterson and Brian Pachal, his best friends, who spent the last days of Don’s life at his bedside and gave him love and support during his two-year battle with cancer.
On October 4 Don retired from Boeing Canada after 39 years. Family and friends gathered with Don in celebration of this milestone. An avid Bomber/Jets fan Don also enjoyed Thursday night bowling with his friends at St. James Lanes. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Thank you to Dr Jacob and the nurses who cared for Don in his final days.
Donations can be made in Don’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Rest in Peace Sweet Don.

We thought of you today, but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you in silence and we often speak your name. Now all we have are memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part. GOD has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts. Rest in Peace Don - Posted by: Bob, Susan & Kristen Peleck (Brother & Family) on: Jan 13, 2025
