Dick was born in Winnipeg and raised in Crescentwood and River Heights. He attended Rockwood and Grant Park schools and graduated from the University of Manitoba.

He worked in the grain industry in Winnipeg and then in Alberta for 20 years.

Dick enjoyed golfing, curling and jogging in Assiniboine Park, with his brother for many years.

May he rest in peace.

  • Dick was a very special individual. Never hesitated to give help whenever required. Will be sorely missed at 1600 Taylor. Any time I had questions with respect to our building he always had the time for an explanation. - Posted by: Bonnie Williams (Friend) on: Dec 21, 2024

  • Linda and family, my condolences to you and your families. I grew up across the street, so Linda and I often played together. I remember Dick and Doug painting their bikes to make them look awesome. Odd thing to remember I know. Life is precious and full of wonderful things. - Posted by: Candace Hamulka (Riy) (Family friend ) on: Dec 21, 2024
