Condolences to the family. June was a lovely lady, honest, kind, and loved. I missed her when she no longer could attend the art classes. She did very nice paintings that will be treasured by her family for many years to come. - Posted by: Isla Touchette (Friend, art instructor, and neighbour for years.) on: Dec 30, 2024

Our deepest condolences to the family. June was very special to me (Brigitta) personally. I was widowed in the late 1970's and our young ones attended St Gerard school. June was their kindergarten teacher and principal of the school. She was wonderful with the kids and I will always remember the parent teacher meetings. She was encouraging and kind. I also remember, I brought some chocolate chip cookies to the school one time for the teachers and they were slightly on the dark side . ( I was not the best baker). I apologized, and she immediately spoke up and said, I like them better when they are a little darker. She was very complimentary of our older son, Kevin. She thought he was so responsible for his young age. She made him captain of the patrols. I will always remember her kindness.. Both her and Gerry, were wonderful and I feel honored to have known them. Take care and a special hug to Joan.
