• My heart was so saddened to hear of Joan's passing. I send my heartfelt condolences to the precious family! Memories of our special times together will always be cherished in my heart. Joan was a true friend...loving...uplifting...fun to be with...a gift from God. Her gracious hospitality will also be treasured in my memories with gratitude. Joan, l will miss you! • We really enjoyed Joan at the Zahara cousins reunion that was held each summer in Sandy Hook. Her cabbage rolls were always a hit. She was always smiling and so thoughtful.
