Marilyn was born on January 15, 1964, in Halifax, Nova Scotia and passed away peacefully in Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 10, 2025.
She is survived by her companion Tom Paton, children, Brian and Ashley, grandchildren, Domenik, Amelia and Michael, parents, Shirley and Curtis, along with her brothers, Curtis and Chris.
Marilyn spent most of her life in Winnipeg where she raised her two children. The oldest of three siblings, she often took on extra responsibilities helping care for her two younger brothers.
Cremation has taken place and a family gathering will be held at a later date.
