A Celebration of Life for Donald John Mottola will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Pizzeria Gusto, 404 Academy Road, Winnipeg.
We welcome all who knew and loved Don to join us in honouring a life so beautifully lived. Don was a man of quiet strength, deep love, and unwavering values. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness, wisdom, and generosity.
Pizzeria Gusto, a restaurant Don built together with his son, is the perfect setting to gather in his memory. Its warmth, heart, and community spirit reflect the very character Don carried with him throughout his life.
Come share stories, memories, and raise a glass to a truly remarkable man.

Libby and I have been friends of Don and Sylvia’s for more than 50 years. Although we have lived in different cities at many times our friendship has never weakened. We wish we could be with the whole family and friends at the gathering this weekend. We have lost a great guy. But he and Sylvia have raised a great family.
