Peacefully, on April 8, 2025, surrounded by friends and family, our dear daughter, mother, sister and friend, Elizabeth passed away.
Elizabeth, 'Biz', as she was known by those who loved her most, was born in Red Deer, Alberta on October 20, 1982, grew up in Saskatchewan, and spent her adult life in Manitoba.
She was an avid Roughrider and Jets fan and had a passion for her career as a legal assistant, before her Type 1 Diabetes complications prevented her from continuing.
She is survived by her daughter, Maddingley 'Luka' Prociw, her father, Stephen (Erin), mother, Margaret 'Peggy' Rolfe, sisters, Katie Rolfe (Mathieu), and Stephanie (Rhys), brother, Robert (Chad). She was predeceased by her sister, Karen, and stepfather, Dale.
As per Elizabeth’s wishes, no service will be held. A Celebration of Life is planned for a future date.

The very little I knew of her through Niverville FB group, and being Facebook friends - I was and will be in awe of her witty & positive attitude towards life.
