KARL ERNEST MISTELBACHER
With family by his side at the age of 73, Karl passed away peacefully after a long battle with health complications.
He leaves to mourn him his son Chase (Theresa) and stepson Dezi (Sue), brother Ken (Jill), sister Gail (Jeff), grandchildren, Brook and Max, Renee, Autumn, Hunter and Dylan and many, many other family and friends.
A funeral for Karl will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, burial and reception to follow.

Karl's family. I started working with Ernie in 1969 when Ernie had his old Chevy grain truck hauling mud for Bruce Brothers. Carl bought a 1965 GMC shortly after and we ended up at Matabi mine and lived at the Silver Dollar north of Ignace. We had quite the time but worked hard and continued for a number of years back in Winnipeg. I played some hockey with him and the Bruce Brother gang. Also played a few times at the rink the boys made in the yard a longtime ago. Carl was always a Gentleman, very kind and a great guy.
