HARVEY HUDSON
Harvey Hudson was born on July 18, 1935, the youngest child of Rose and Bill Hudson. He grew up on Wolseley Avenue with his sisters, Mavis and Joan and his brother, Roy.
It was in Winnipeg where he met Margaret Ann, they married in 1958, and shortly after that, moved to Fort Frances, Ontario where they made many friendships and lived there until 1963. However, Canada Packers transferred him back to Winnipeg that year, and they remained there until moving back to Fort Frances in 1977.
Harvey and Margaret Ann raised three children - Bill, Heather, and Jim. Harvey and Margaret Ann shared 67 great years together, travelling to places like Hawaii and making annual trips to Treasure Island, Florida, where they built many lifelong friendships.
Harvey is lovingly remembered by Margaret Ann, their children, Bill (Rhian), Heather (Joe), Jim (Tracy), Val Webster, Cathy and Vik Nowak (Just like their children), sister-in-law Mary Edwardsson, cousin Mary Buchanan, grandchildren, Jim (Aida), Lucas (Summer), Justin (Becca), Cynthia (Brady), Chloe (Alex), Ben, Sarah (Kevin), great- grandchild Arlie, and many nieces and nephews. As Harvey and Margaret Ann often said, “Life has been good to us, blessing us with a wonderful family, good friends, and good health.”
