JEANNETTE AUDREY HILDERMAN

November 5, 1944 - May 11, 2025


It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Audrey.

Audrey is survived by her husband of 54 years Art, sister-in-law Janet Claude (Moe), nieces and nephews, Wendy Jackson (Bill), Cathy Birdsell (Bruce), James Erskine (Bria), Garrett Erskine (Charyssa), Courtney Erskine, Jude Claude (Tapji), great-nieces and nephews, Matthew (Missy), Joshua (Elyse), Melissa (Grant), Samantha (Nick) Rhys, Amelia, Eli, Amos, Ruby, Wendel, Lester, great-great-nieces and nephews, Kyrian, Zelie, Rosie.

Audrey was preceded by her mother Mary Dutka, stepfather Harry Dutka, sister Margie Jackson, and in-laws, David and Teresa Hilderman.

Audrey worked for Canada Mortgage and Housing for many years and prior to retiring was a Corporate Appraiser.

Audrey was a member of Joy Lutheran Church and actively served her congregation in many ways.

Audrey enjoyed hiking in the Arizona Mountains, horse races, baseball and following the Winnipeg Jets. She also loved gardening and enjoyed painting as a hobby.

Audrey and Art had a wonderful marriage and loving relationship that was respected and admired by the family.

Audrey’s fun-loving spirit and kindness will be in our hearts forever.

With heartfelt thanks, our family wishes to express our deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Victoria Hospital who took care of Audrey with compassion and care.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice!

A funeral service will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., reception to follow.
