EVELYN CORRIN
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Evelyn Corrin, on June 10, 2025, at the age of 94 years.
Evelyn was a devoted wife to Jack, with whom she shared an extraordinary 74 years of marriage. Central to their marriage was unwavering support and love for their family.
Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by Sheila Halper and Al Goodz, Lisah and Mark Gee, Ava, Brody, and Dylan, Rick and Hennie Corrin, Matthew, Annie, and Whitney, Rachel and Adam Nedelec, Lyla, Charlie, and Madden, Adam and Lexi Corrin, Piper, Clark, Nash, and Violet.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Fern, and by her parents, Jane and Murray Burns.
Evelyn had a life long affair with music. Her perfect pitch lead to memorable performances, and her dancing through the years, with Jack, was appreciated by many.
Evelyn had a remarkable gift for connecting with animals, and they intuitively loved her.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13th 1:00 p.m. at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, 235 Armstrong Avenue, area 3 section K.
Pallbearers will include: Matthew Corrin, Rachel Nedelec, Adam Corrin, Al Goodz, Adam Nedelec and Laurie Goldberg. Honorary pallbearer: Lisah Gee.
