Celebration of Life Service
On April 28, 2025, Suzzann passed away at her home in Ottawa, with her husband Bill Wright by her side. She was a beloved wife, mother, amma, aunt, sister, daughter and friend to so many.
Born August 1, 1958, to Magnus and Marjory Anderson (née Cheyne), she grew up on a farm outside Riverton and cherished the many memories made with her brothers, Doug (Val), Tim (Wanda) and Stewart (Pam). Mom to Shantih, Katy (Jamie Innes) and Kirsten (Johnny Johnson), she was also the world's best Amma to Anastasia, James Magnus and Grace.
She was our center and compass in this world and despite urging us not to be sad and facing her illness with grace and practicality, we will greatly miss her smile, her gentle nudging in the right direction and her constant, loving presence in our lives.
A celebration of her life will be held on July 18 at the Riverton Community Hall beginning at 1:00 p.m.; all friends and family are welcome.
