Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARK EDWARD STERNASTEK
It's with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our brother, father, and grandfather. Mark had a difficult battle with a very aggressive cancer that took him from us all.
Mark loved his life, friends, and most of all his family. He lived life to the fullest, hunting, fishing, tubing, and traveling with the people he loved. Mark leaves to mourn his three daughters, Melissa (Terry) grandchildren Boone & Harlow, Kate (Clark), and Sarah, brother Richard, sister Laura (Ron Takeshita) their son Kyle, great niece Noa June, sister Sue (Andy Allard) and many dear friends from work and neighbors. Mark had a big heart and was a good soul.
May he Rest In Peace!
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Special Thanks to Dr. Chowdry, and all the Cancer Care teams, and a very Special Thank you to the Palliative Care Team for your incredible support!
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba in Mark's Memory.

I am so sorry for your loss, my dear friend, Laura! You were a good caregiver to him in the end and I’m sure he really appreciated you for it! You had some good laughs in his final days, and that probably brought him peace and comfort. He is now in the arms of Jesus! There is no better place he could be! - Posted by: Tina Fudali (Friend and neighbour) on: Jul 26, 2025
