It is with deep sadness that we, Barbara and Ryan, announce the death of Don "Donnie" Clarke at Assiniboine Centre Brandon Manitoba. Donnie was born on May 1, 1948 at Virden, MB to Cliff and Margaret Clarke. He died in Brandon, MB on August 12, 2025.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Barbara and their son Ryan and wife Tricia Shannon, Siblings Rosemarie (Don) Bartley, Larry (Linda) Clarke and KayLynn Gardiner, sisters-in-law Sharon Walker and Deb Manwaring as well as many nieces and nephews and countless friends He was predeceased by his son Jayson, his parents Cliff and Margaret and Barbara's parents Doug and Mona Manwaring, brothers-in-law Don (Dint) Bartley, Ron Walker and Ron Manwaring.
At Don's request no funeral will be held. We ask that anyone who knew and loved Don remember him and say a quiet goodbye to him and lift a glass to toast him.

Sincere condolences Barb & Ryan. Don was a great guy. Always a smile on his face, even driving a load of kids on a bus. I remember his smiling face when he still was working as a butcher at Safeway. Barb & Ryan, Though I only knew Don for the past 10 years, He became a good friend to me. He was such a wonderful person and I will miss our chats! He was always smiling and caring! Even on my worst of days, he always made me feel better! He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him! Sending you our deepest condolences to you both!
