JENNIFER LYNNE JOHNSON

August 10, 1990 - August 1, 2025

A life well-lived and well-loved but cut far too short.

Our beloved Jenny left this world suddenly and far too soon on August 1, 2025, just nine days short of her 35th birthday. Jenny had a smile that lit up every room she entered, a laugh that echoed from wall to wall, and an impressive zeal for absolutely everything she committed herself to doing - whether it was charging down the soccer field, playing saxophone, navigating the world of business and accounting, or mothering her beloved dogs and gardens.

Jenny faced her many medical challenges with resilience and grace that was nothing short of remarkable. She navigated life with courage and intelligence, creating her own path in her personal and professional spheres with integrity, resolute drive, and acumen. Always thinking ahead, Jenny achieved her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and her Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), on impressive timelines - designations which would take her on several professional adventures. She was also dedicated to giving back through volunteerism in service to her community. Known for her meticulous work ethic and focus as an accountant, Jenny found fulfillment in bringing order to numbers, but it was her heart that truly defined and guided her.

Jenny married the love of her life, her best friend, and life partner, Adrian Lukow, in fall, 2015. Together they shared a love that was built on trust, shared dreams, and an endless belief in each other. A lover of animals, Jenny and Adrian's bond with their dogs, Ella, Teemu, and their special rescue Toba, was profound. Their presence in her life brought her comfort, laughter, and an unwavering sense of companionship.

Her love for gardening, decorating, and creating beauty in the world around her reflected the way she lived her life - with care, thoughtfulness, and a desire to make everything just a little better, a little brighter. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will forever live on in the beauty of the spaces she created, the gardens she tended, and the countless lives she touched. Jenny was a friend to many and will be deeply missed.

Jenny was predeceased by her father Ralph (2017), and her dog Ella (2022), and survived by her husband Adrian (Teemu, Toba), mother Bonnie (Rob), and siblings, Brent (Karen, Miles, Malcolm) and Laura (Craig, Chloe), as well as her large and loving extended family and friends.

A private Celebration of Life for close friends and family is being planned in Winnipeg for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jenny's memory to Manitoba Underdogs Rescue or Harvest Manitoba.

Rest peacefully Jenny, surrounded by the beauty and joy you so graciously inspired in others.
