DIANA VERA THOMAS
It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Diana Thomas on August 29, 2025, at St. Boniface Hospital.
She will be forever missed by her devoted husband, Warren Thomas; her children, Genafer Adam (Kyle), David Mehner (Amanda); and her much loved grandchildren, Ainsley (Adam), Grayson, Edwyn, and Mackenzie. She is survived by her brother, Dennis Lawrynuik (Faye); former husband, Gerald Mehner; and many cherished extended family members and friends. Diana was predeceased by her parents, Daria and Fred Lawrynuik.
Diana’s warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Diana’s life will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations can be made in her memory to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, Winnipeg Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
