We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of our father, Dinesh (Dino) Raval, who passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 87 to join our mother, Illa Raval, in Swarga (Heaven).
A man of immense spirituality, wisdom and humour, he always had a story to tell and a smile to share. He was a loving father to Nitin / Nito (Tina), Mayur (Rachelle) and Hitesh (Renée). Dad loved being with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

There will be a private Celebration of Life with the family.

Dinesh was a very gracious and optimistic man with always something nice to say. It was obvious to me how committed he was to his family. While I have not seen him for some time I will never forget the man and his positive spirit. My condolences to the entire Raval family. I had the good fortune to know Dino through business for over 20 years, and he was one of the most special people I’ve ever encountered. His stories of his earlier years in Belgium and Africa, and his gratitude at being able to build a life in Canada were fascinating. He loved his business and clients, but his best stories were truly those of his family, and his immense pride in all of their accomplishments, and of course his immense love for his treasured Illa (or Mama as he always referred to her).
