Florence Kathrina Schwartz passed away peacefully August 25, 2025, at the age of 95. She has left us to join her loving husband Bill.
Florence, born in Saskatchewan, came from a large family of brothers and sisters who have all predeceased her. Florence will forever remain in the hearts and memories of her son Jim (Pat), granddaughters, Jean (Nathan), Jill and numerous nieces and nephews.
Florence had requested that no formal funeral be held. There will be a private graveside service with Pastor Beinert officiating the interment.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence’s memory can be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 871 Cavalier Dr., Winnipeg, MB R2Y 1C7 or e-transfer to offerings@saintjameslutheran.ca

We are so sorry to hear of Florence’s passing. It was good to connect with you, Jim, this summer, and relive old memories. Your Mom and Dad were very good friends with my parents and enjoyed many a good time playing cards together and visiting.
