So very sorry to hear of Uncle Peter's passing. Last of the Thompsons. I'll always remember him as soft spoken and I can still picture his face and hear his laugh. You all were blessed to have him in your lives for as long as you did. Thinking of all of you at this sad time. - Posted by: Lucille Sigmar (Niece) on: Sep 20, 2025

I always enjoyed my long conversations with uncle Peter when he shared his memories of the past. Like me he had an interest in history and always commented on the historical articles I wrote for the newspaper. In fact, I included his comments when they complimented the topic. I specifically remember him telling about the time he contracted polio as a young man, which became part of the article I wrote on the subject. I will miss our telephone conversations. My condolences to the family and I will always remember my uncle with extreme fondness. - Posted by: Bruce (Peter was my uncle) on: Sep 20, 2025
