JOHN WILLIAM BRADLEY

August 3, 1958 - September 26, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of John William Bradley, affectionately known as "Johnboy," on September 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. John faced his illness with unwavering strength, stubborn determination, and a spirit that never gave up. His bravery and resilience were a testament to the incredible man he was.

John was known for his infectious laughter, his heart of gold, and his unwavering loyalty to those he loved. Whether family, friend, or stranger, John was always ready to lend a helping hand. His presence lit up every room, and his kindness left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He was predeceased by his wife Wilma, his father George, his stepfather Romeo, and his niece Michelle. He leaves behind his loving mother Odile; sisters Debora (Jim) and Georgina; nieces Crystal and Shannon; nephews Shane and Jimmy; and his four loyal dogs-Pooh, Gizmo, Angel, and Rufus-who brought him endless joy and companionship.

John's family extends their deepest gratitude to Lourdes, Ricky, Lenny, and Darryl, whose love and support carried John through his final days. A special thank you also goes to his dear friend Debbie, whose friendship meant the world to him.

The family would like to acknowledge the compassionate care provided by CancerCare Manitoba and Riverview Health Centre. Their dedication and kindness brought comfort during the most difficult times.

A Funeral Service will be held on October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Glen Eden Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4477 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A 2A8.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 1160-675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E OV5, or online at: www.cancercarefdn.mb.ca/in-memory.
