Well My Love,
We knew this day would come but I just didn't think it would be now.
We've had quite the journey these last 51 years.
We laughed, we loved (we will always have Paris), we fought and we cried.
You always said that real relationships changed and grew. There are lovers and lovies and that it could and would change at times and it did. Together we learned to compromise and forgive, to apologize and mean it. The passion was easy, life not always so.
When we could have walked away, we chose to stay and fight, and look where it got us.
You believed our greatest accomplishments were our children and you were so proud of each and every one of them to the point of sometimes bragging too much. Grandkids, Great-Grandkids, they meant the world to you.
I'll take care of our Grinch Christmas book program, so you needn't worry. We've got it covered.
I know Pitou is eager for her walk, so don't keep her waiting. Say Hi to Mom and Dad for me.
I'll see you soon.
Love you Baskets Forever!

Debra, Borton family, my heart is heavy over the passing of our good friend and loyal buddy. A man I have known for over 40 years. This old dog had words of wisdom along with advice about life that you could live by. Roy’s life experiences were inspirational and very cool when you are a 20 year young man, especially when it was associated with motorcycle, bluegrass music and classic cars . Roy’s circle of friends had one common opinion on his character. Compassionate and family always comes FIRST. The Sunday night ice cream gang sends our love and prayers to the Borton family. Will miss his sincerity and warm greetings at every car event. Roy, I will miss you big time buddy. Gypsum Jim. - Posted by: JAMES Arthur NAYLOR (Loyal friend) on: Oct 11, 2025
