On October 4, 2025 Richard Toutant passed away at 91 years of age.
Prayers will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, 3597 Main St. in West St. Paul. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated two days later on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church followed by interment at Glen Eden Cemetery, 4477 Main St. in West St. Paul. Fr. Kelly Wilson will be officiating.
