It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Bruce Thiessen, known to all as Bruce. He passed away peacefully at home on September 15, 2025. He was surrounded by his loving wife and their two dogs.
Battling a long and challenging health condition, Bruce faced each day with resilience. That was truly a testament to his character.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Gabrielle; his sons, Jeffrey (Tammara) and Cameron (Taryn); their mother, Sandra; and his siblings, Rosemary and Mark.
Bruce was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend - his presence will be deeply missed. Now at peace, we take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering.
