Peacefully on Sunday October 12, 2025, at Selkirk Regional Health Center, Louise Babiniec aged 71 years of Lockport, Manitoba, beloved wife of David, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.
As per Louise’s wishes cremation has taken place. A longer obituary will follow.

Sending you my sincere condolences Dave with the passing of Louise. I was so sad to hear the news that she has lost her battle with cancer. From the very first time I met Louise outside of our condo complex many years ago up until the last time I had lunch with her, she was such a happy and positive person - always smiling and interested in other people and their lives.
