It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce Carole's passing at the age of 78 on October 22, 2025, at Health Sciences Centre, surrounded by family she loved so much.
As per Carole's wishes, there will be no funeral service and a private family Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to any women's shelter, no-kill animal shelter, homeless shelter or a charity of your choice.

Carole was a graduate of the HSC School of Nursing Class of 1982. We are sorry to hear of her passing. Her yearbook tribute: "I shall pass through this world but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show or any good thing I can do, let me do it now....For I shall not pass this way again." We lost connections but based on Carole's service before and after entering nursing, we are confident she demonstrated much kindness and many good things.
