Carol Ann Bereza (nee Keighan) passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the age of 88 years at Lions Prairie Manor, Portage la Prairie, MB.
Mom will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Jim (Kim) and Bill (Catherine) as well as her grandchildren whom she dearly loved and was extremely proud of, Megan, Michelle and David; her brothers, Charlie (Louise) and Frank, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Billy (Bob), mother MaryEllen (nee Lonergan), father James Andrew Keighan, stepfather George Rozel, and brothers, Larry, Jack, Tom and sister Phillis June.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2026. Details will be announced at that time. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared below.
