VELMA CLAIRE ALLEN
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Velma Claire Allen. Velma will be deeply missed by her family, including her son Mark Allen; her sisters, Alethia Davis and Isolyn Hall; and her cherished grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
A funeral service celebrating Velma’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 28, 2025, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg.
Her kindness, strength, and love will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
