We are deeply saddened by the passing of our brother Douglas. Doug was predeceased by his parents, William and Lillian and brother David.
Doug loved sports, over the years Doug played hockey, golf and curling. He also enjoyed cribbage and board games. Due to his health, Doug spent many of his later years in front of his TV cheering on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Winnipeg Jets, and the many other sports available on his TV. Doug was a kind, gentle, humorous person. The term (nice guy) was often repeated in conversations about him. He was well liked by those who got to know him. Some of you will fondly remember Doug’s famous spaghetti parties that would sometimes end up on the roof of 699.
Lovingly remembered by sisters, Nancy, Catherine; brother Donald; sister-in-law Josie; also many family and friends.
