CHARLES DANIELS


Charles Allan Daniels, 77, originally from Peguis, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 in Brandon, Manitoba.

“For your father knows what you need before you ask him” Matthew 6:8

Charles was born in Peguis, at the Fisher River Indian Hospital to Allan and Golda Daniels on July 14, 1948. He was the second oldest of 14 children.

He was married to Eleanor Daniels on February 27, 1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He completed his GED and received a grade 12 diploma on June 19, 2010. For 50 years, Charles was a trucker for various companies throughout the years that took him all over North America.

Charles is preceded in death by brothers, Hector (Sylvia) and Alvin in infancy; Brothers-in-law; Wayne Greer (Rachel) and Jim Stranger and grandson Alexander. He is also predeceased by his father, Allan Daniels and mother, Golda Daniels.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Eleanor. Leaving his legacy are his children, Allan Paul, Charlie (Cindy), Richard, Leslie, Monica (Karl), Jason and Calvin. Charles is survived by his sisters and brothers, Rachel (Wayne, deceased), Richard (Janice), Leslie (Jeanette), Yvonne (Gary), Arlene (Curtis), Foster (Donna), Lionel, Frances (Fred), Janice (Dave), Derwin (Denise) and Chester (Glenda).

Donations provided by Peguis First Nation, Nelson House, and South Indian Lake.



The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff at the BRHC, including the staff in the ICU and the palliative care ward, as well as Joe Ball and Leah Phillips.

A wake service will be held at his home on Monday, December 15, 2025.

A funeral services will take place at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 1:00 p.m. with interment following at Brandon Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Richard, Jason, Karl, Chester, Dwayne, and Andrew.

Honorary pallbearers are all his grandchildren, his nephews, nieces, and close friends, Daryl Bear, Shane Hamilton, and Shannah Grey.
