Peacefully on December 6, 2025, Ken passed away at St. Boniface hospital after a brief illness.
Ken is survived by his loving wife Jeanne (Smith) and daughters, Stacey Boehm (Daryl) and Connie Kane (Aaron). Also, five grandchildren who he adored, Allie, Cory, Delaney, Ashlynn and Colton.
In the early 70s, Ken and his brothers started a construction company named Wakshinsky Brothers Ltd. He spent many years in the construction business. In his retirement, he enjoyed going to car shows with his corvette and took pride in designing and landscaping his yard.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
