The family would like to announce the peaceful passing of Mae Livingstone on
December 16, 2025 at the age of 86 years.
Mae will be sadly missed by children Gary and Ken (Kirsty); nephew Tony (Lisa) and their children Malachi, Luca and Mia Livingstone Clark, and sister-in-law Margaret Livingstone.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Ronald Livingstone.
Mae was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and completed a nursing degree at Belfast City Hospital. She met Ronald at East End Baptist Church, and they moved to Winnipeg in 1969 with their two sons. Several years later they moved to Toronto and Mae worked in Ronald’s medical practice.
Apart from being a devoted wife, a loving mother and a kind and supportive presence in Ronald’s practice, Mae was an amazing cook, hostess, party planner and private caterer. This was no surprise to anyone who knew her as she was brought up in her father’s bakeries.
The family would like to thank Partners for Home, Brightwater Senior Living and the medical staff at the Grace Hospital for their care and kindness.
