Fernand Légaré (Fernie) of Brandon, passed away peacefully at Rideau Park Personal Care Home on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the age of 93 years.
Fernie leaves behind his wife of 72 years, Orise (nee Aquin), of Glenboro, daughters Denise Légaré of Brandon, Elaine Brown (Randy) of Brandon, Anita Munn (Bart) of Winnipeg and Claudette McKenzie-Cochrane (Ken) of Brandon; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; and by brother Herman Aquin of Brandon.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at St. Felix Catholic Church, Dunrea, MB, followed by a gathering at the Ninette Community Hall, Ninette, MB, time will be announced closer to the date. Everyone is welcome to attend.
