JENNA MARIE NEMETH

July 27, 1997 - January 16, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jenna from cancer at St. Boniface Hospital on January 16, 2026, with her family at her side.

She will be forever missed by her mom Susan, sister Reeanne, brother-in-law Rain, Uncle Tim, Auntie Kathy and Uncle Kevin, cousins Angela (Mike) and Leanne (Mike), second cousins Carter, Brooklyn and Oliver, cousin Lee, Auntie Denise and Uncle Les, Auntie Rose and Uncle John, cousins Krissy (Mike), Jay (Kim), and Uncle Danny. Also left to mourn are her best friend Joni Wilde and dear friend Stephanie Ocharuk.

Jenna was predeceased by her dad Steven, stepdad Rod, Grandparents Frances and Walter McCaw and Mary and Steve Nemeth, Uncle Mike, cousin Scott, and her beloved cat of 20 years, Daisy.

Jenna attended Tiny Tots Nursery school, Prairie Rose Elementary school, and graduated from St. Johns High School in 2016.

In her early years, she loved spending summers camping and swimming at Birds Hill. One of her favourite childhood memories was going on a Disney cruise, and she carried a love for Disney throughout her whole life.

Jenna’s favourite activities included shopping with her sister, reading, playing video games, attending movies and concerts, and going on lunch dates with her mom and sister. Her favourite time of year was August, when she would attend as many Folklorama pavilions as possible with her family.

She was known for how passionate she was when it came to the things she enjoyed. Her deepest passions were Pokemon, Taylor Swift, Star Wars, Marvel movies, watching figure skating, and the musicals Hamilton and Come from Away.

Jenna was loving, smart, strong-willed, generous, and extremely organized. She cared deeply for her friends and family. Her proudest moment was being maid of honour for her sister. She was overjoyed when little Teddy was born. Her loving and caring personality will be forever missed.

Cremation has taken place, and she is now home beside Daisy. Flowers gratefully declined. You may honour her memory with a donation to the Winnipeg Humane Society or animal rescue of choice.
