Zofia Zaporowski, a loving mother to sons James, Alex and daughter Stella; grandchildren Brigitte, Gregory, Chad and Justin as well as six great-grandchildren.
Zofia was predeceased by her husband Kazimierz; sister Wanda and daughter Christine.
Special thank you to the staff at Middlechurch Nursing Home for the care and their kindness.
Internment to take place at Holy Ghost Cemetery in May.
