Verda Joan McDonald, wife of the late Dick McDonald, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the age of 91 years.

My condolences to Verda's family. I remember Verda and Dick from my days in Brandon College. They were a wonderful couple. They were always welcoming and engaging. Of course I remember playing football with and for Dick. I am certain that Verda's family will miss her deeply. She was a great person.
