KRYSTYNA ZBROG
With great sadness, we announce the passing of our Mother and Babcia on February 15, 2026, at St. Boniface Hospital.
Mom was known and beloved by so many and will be remembered fondly for her kindness, generosity, perpetual smile, and positive outlook. She was always beautifully dressed and known for having lovely nails and lipstick whether she was socializing, working in her garden or flowerbeds, relaxing at the lake, or foraging in the woods.
Mom fought her cancer battle formidably and valiantly. We wish to thank the countless people involved in Mom’s care over the years at HSC CancerCare, Seven Oaks and St. Boniface Hospitals, and especially Drs. Dawe and Zhang at HSC. Their kindness and care management kept Mom with us for as long as she was. We express our eternal thanks to Dr. Fatoye. His exceptional care of Mom throughout her entire 10-year cancer journey was a blessing to all of us.
To the love of her life, Joe Wojciechowski, and her lifelong friend, Maria Sikora, thank you for all of the love, care, and devotion you both bestowed upon Mom.
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 342 Pritchard Avenue entrance. Interment to follow at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery, 4387 Main Street, with reception thereafter at Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue.
