ROBERTA VINCELETTE

May 1, 1944 - February 13, 2026

Peacefully, at the age of 81, Roberta Vincelette (née Rampl) passed away.

She is survived by her children, Bradley Vincelette and Jody (Tim) McCready, and her beloved grandchildren, Danica, Maisie, and Cassie McCready. Roberta also leaves to mourn her siblings, Linda June (Dave Dooley), Audrey Jane (Wayne Stetski), Heidi (Brent Chorneyko), and Ed (Linda) Rampl; nieces and nephews, Andrew Rampl, Shawn, Kellie, and Adrian (Brianna) Stetski; and great-nieces and great-nephew, Lalita, Millie, and Wyatt Stetski.

She was predeceased by her husband, Arnold; her parents, Ernest and Helena Rampl; her infant sister, Marilyn; and her niece and nephew, Mikki and Robbie.

Roberta grew up in Langenburg, Saskatchewan, and later moved to Winnipeg, where she earned her teaching degree and devoted her career to education. In 1970, she married Arnold, the love of her life, and together they built a life filled with family, dedication, and love.

She enjoyed spending summers at the cottage, tending her garden, travelling, and sharing time with friends and relatives. A proud history enthusiast, Roberta also served as President of the Friends of Austria Club in Winnipeg for several years.

Cremation has taken place and Roberta is now resting with her beloved husband Arnold.

Rest peacefully, Mom.

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Our condolences to Brad, Jody, Tim, and Roberta's 3 granddaughters. I've known Roberta since I was a child as her neighbor across the street. I recall going to Roberta's for lunch a few times when I was in elementary school as we were not allowed to eat lunch at school during those days. Roberta attended several of our family events over the years including our wedding, Zach and Jaden's baptisms and family birthday parties, Mary's dinners, and we also have very fond memories of visiting the cottage in Big Sturgeon Lake. Roberta was generous in inviting us to the lake. We are so sorry for your loss and wish you peace and fond memories of your mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother.
