Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Words cannot express how saddened and heartbroken we are to learn of Morris’s recent passing. We are so deeply sorry for the great loss of your dear Father. Morris was a blessing to us and to everyone who knew him. He was such a wonderful, kind, and caring man. We will forever remember and cherish the happy times and celebrations we shared together over the years while he was living in Winnipeg, his mischievous smile, wit, and wisdom. I thought of him so often with fondness, happiness, and gratitude for all of the understanding, help, compassion, and support he showed both me and my Mom while she was alive. Morris was indeed one of a kind and a very special and talented man who touched our lives in immeasurable ways. His friendship was a gift, and he will always hold a treasured place in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the entire Bakun family. Please know that we are with you in spirit and that your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We sincerely hope that wonderful memories of your Dad’s love and of happier times spent together will help give you peace and comfort in the days ahead. Morris’s legacy of love will live on forever in the hearts and lives of his entire family and his friends. • I was a neighbour of Morris for several years on a street called snow street Winnipeg. My deepest condolences! When he moved to Calgary I got to visit him the one time. God Bless you Morris, and rest in peace. Dennis Holmes - Posted by: Dennis Holmes (Friend / neighbour) on: Mar 15, 2026
