It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Frantisek Ryslavy
At the age 83 on March 11, 2026, at Concordia Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He will be greatly missed by his partner of 42 years, Hermann, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews both in Winnipeg and in the Czech Republic.
A private funeral service will be held.

Herman, I want to express my sadness at Frank's passing and sympathy to you on losing such a lovely man. He came into our lives when my mother interpreted at the airport for the people who came from Czechoslovakia . He and his cousin ended up staying at my parents house for a few months .
