It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Jean Yasinski on March 17, 2026 at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 84 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Victor in 2015.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Audrey (Darrell), Jarvis (Lesia), and Ronald (Guillermo);
her grandchildren: Kyle (Christina), Trish (Josh), Kelsey (Justin), Yeisell (Valentin), Adam (Marieve), Alexa (Luka);
her great-grandchildren: Owen, Noah, Parker, Halle, Cooper, Bheila-vy and Joško.
Jean was born on December 3, 1941, at her home in Trentham, Manitoba. She attended Slawna school. After school, she moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba and worked as a waitress for a short time. She was then employed at Ray-O-Vac battery factory for approximately five years.
She then was employed at Western Glove Works for 26 years. She retired in 2006.
A private celebration of Jean Yasinski's life was held on Friday, March 20.
Special thanks to Dr. Andrea Babick for going above and beyond with caring for her.
