Lovingly remembered by her children, Laura (Steve), Rob (Kathy), Kathlyn (Ross), and Elin (Kaylie); and grandchildren Carla, Andrew, Kiersten, Kris-Jon, Anya, Zach, and Nate.
Pat is predeceased by her husband Carl, and son Garth.
A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held June 20, 2026, 1:30 p.m., at St. Paul’s United Church, Boissevain, MB.
Donations in memory of Pat may be made to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, your local regional hospital foundation/auxiliary, or a charity of your choice.

To Mrs. Bjarnason's family, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss of one, who surely left a mark, throughout her life. Reading the Obituary brought back the memory of being a student, in Grade 2 at Strathcona School in Winnipeg. The school year began with having Miss Armstrong, as my teacher, and ended with having Mrs. Bjarnason. Quite fascinating to this child. It was 1951, and was a newcomer to Canada, and feeling my teacher's kindness and genuine support meant so much.
