It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Walter Wasney of Winnipeg who passed away on May 26, 2026, at the age of 94, and predeceased by his wife (Mary) of almost 70 years.
He will be missed by his children Greg (Alena) and Nancy (Dennis); sister (Annie); and his many cousins, nephews, nieces, neighbours, and friends.
A funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.
