With sadness, the family announces the passing of Margaret Mary Moir on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the age of 84.
Margaret was born in Victoria, British Columbia, to Charles Lumsden Crockett and Marion Martin Drummond McHarg.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald “Don” Moir, in 2022. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her son, David Moir; her sister, Carol Harrison; her nephew, Grandin Harrison; and extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Family and friends will meet at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, before proceeding to the Lasting Tribute Chapel. A reception will follow at Chapel Lawn. Reverend Dwight Rutherford will officiate.
The family is grateful to those who cared for Margaret and supported her in her later years.
