With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Katelyn Anne Huynh on June 27, 2026, at the age of 26.
Despite facing lifelong health challenges, Katelyn never let them define her. She was sweet, clever, curious, and determined. Surrounded by the unwavering love of her parents and sister, she enjoyed a life filled with comfort, laughter, travel, and treasured family moments.
Katelyn will be forever missed by her parents, Dieu and Lan; her sister, Halie; her grandfather, Cuu; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Please join us 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Bardal Funeral Home as we gather to remember Katelyn and share memories together. A traditional Buddhist funeral will follow on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. also at Bardal Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Epilepsy Canada in Katelyn's memory.
The family requests that friends visit Katelyn Huynh's tribute wall at www.bardal.ca where condolences, photos and stories may be placed for all to see.
