I never had the privilege to meet Bob, but he must have been wonderful in many ways to have created such incredible daughters: Lyndsey & Michelle. I'm sure he was so proud of the people you both became. To everyone grieving Bob, I'm so sorry. When my dad died, I loved this quote (and you may also find it helpful): "only when it is dark enough can you see the stars." I hope you can reflect on Bob's life, find the bright spots, and hold those close. Xox Mel - Posted by: Mel Zee (Family) on: Aug 13, 2026

Lyndsey, Michelle and family, So sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad, Bob. Athough I never had the chance to meet him, I have heard some of the many eccentric stories of his life, sounds like he had a great sense of humor. I am sure he was extremely proud of the beautiful lives you both have created for yourselves. Thinking of you both and everyone that loved and will miss Bob on the celebration of his life. So sorry to hear. Worked with Bob for many years at MTC, stage left at Rainbow Stage, Concert Hall etc. Bob was a master IATSE stagehand who specialized in diagnosing and solving complex problems in the theatre. He credited himself regularly with saving many shows over the years. “The show must go on” was Bob’s credo, making sure no matter the technical difficulties, unexpected crises, the curtain rises and the performance is delivered flawlessly. Total old school. Rest peacefully my friend… - Posted by: Barny Haines (Friend & Colleague) on: Jul 13, 2026
