Irene passed away on July 2, 2026, in St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 92. She will be missed by all that held her dear.
She is survived by her children, Ken (Candace), Ted (Cheryl), Scott, and Kelly; grandchildren, Brock (Catherine), Breanne (Nicholas), Serena, Stephanie, and Rachel (Luke); siblings, Marge, and Linda (Jim). Irene was predeceased by her husband Maurice.

A remembrance will be held 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1015 St. Anne’s Road in the Seine River Retirement Centre.
Cremation has taken place, with a private burial to follow.
